Jewelry Box: Components Complete

There are two factors to making this sketch complete:

  • if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it, and
  • don’t reinvent the wheel, if all you need is new tread

The example sketches provide much of what I want to do, and they work in the way I need for my jewelry box; refer back to the two points! With the exception of a few changes to function calls, and minor code addition, the majority of the sketch is a copy/paste from example sketches.

Jewelry Box: The Sum of Its Parts

All the parts are coming together, and it’s best to keep each working sketch separate along the way, until it’s time to piece them together. Using the example sketches, which already perform the tasks I want, I’ll strip the parts I need, and put it to use in my final sketch.

Jewelry Box: New 2.8″ TFT Display Attempt

One step forward, and two steps back. Due to all the issues with the Seeed Studio 2.8″ TFT display, I moved on to a different unit, and from Adafruit. I did my research, and found their documentation, libraries, and support forums to be exceptional, especially for the occasional DIYer like myself.
